Processing Time

In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days. Many of our parts ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor warehouse, so orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Special-order and made-to-order items (including Origin Labo aero, Stance, and Fortune Auto suspension) ship once they are built or received. We will confirm lead time with you before or shortly after your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Coilovers (Fortune Auto & Stance): FREE shipping on coilover orders of $1,700 or more; $49 under $1,700
Haltech: $35 flat rate
EXEDY, OS Giken, Turbosmart, Vibrant, and suspension parts: $24.95 flat rate
Kelford Cams: $55 Standard or $250 Express
Origin Labo small aero (canards, splitters, under panels, hood vents, Combat Eyes): $40
Origin Labo large aero and oversized items (bumpers, side skirts, fenders, hoods, wings, full kits, quick-change rear ends): $200, shipped via freight

Because parts ship from different warehouses, orders that include items from more than one category above are charged each category's rate. Your exact shipping total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Freight shipments may require a delivery appointment; the carrier will contact you to schedule.

International Shipping

Haltech products ship to select international destinations via USPS International and DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout. All other product lines currently ship within the United States only. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your shipment on arrival, especially large aero and freight deliveries. If possible, note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, and email photos to support@tougemotorsports.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier and supplier to make it right.
